Please be specific as to Erection- No Erection. Also how do the factors of age and race come into play. When does a penis stop growing and what countries have the biggest? Technically, if it deals with genetics it does deal with nationality as all Mexicans descend from the same gene pool, all Korean descend from the same gene pool, all Germans descend from the same gene pool, etc. Walter you forgot to mention brown people, I'm Hispanic so that info didn't help me.

For every man, there is a different penis size. The average is six inches and you get to your full size at about 18 or so

My penis is about 1.5 inches unerected and about 6 inches when erected, which is a bit above normal, and I'm still a young man, so I am still growing, but it may not get any bigger. I don't know what country has the biggest penis, maybe Spain.

You are comparing apples to oranges. there are no such thing as average sizes. they come in all different sizes any where from 2 to 7 inches. age and race have nothing to do with it it is all genetics
