How to Make Skin Look
Younger
Let's face it. If you want to know how to make skin look younger, you
need to know what causes it to look older. Most skincare products do not
address the primary causes of an aged appearance, so obviously, they are
ineffective.
The primary causes of an aged appearance are free radical damage,
reduced production of skin cells and elastic fibers and low levels of
hyaluronic acid. Chronic inflammation also plays a role. There are
creams that can help wit that, but avoiding chronic inflammation usually
means changing the type of cosmetics and other skincare products that
you use.
If a cleanser burns or stings, it is causing inflammation. If you
regularly use exfoliants or face scrubs, you are damaging your skin's
health and this will negatively affect your appearance, as time goes by.
Ingredients that cause allergic reactions in some people are not safe
for others to use, either. The big cosmetic companies have gotten away
with including known toxins, allergens and irritants for years, by
blaming adverse reactions on skin sensitivity, leading people to believe
that it's their fault for having sensitive skin.
Since avoiding inflammation is a big part of how to make skin look
younger, you need to avoid ingredients that are common allergens, toxins
and irritants. They include petrolatum, mineral oil, paraffin, parabens,
added fragrance, all artificial preservatives and all petrochemicals.
The list of petrochemicals that are included in skincare products is too
long to include in this article. The best way to find products that do
not contain them is to look for all-natural ingredients.
No one knows why older skin has lower levels of hyaluronic acid, but
we do know that enzymatic activity that breaks down the important
compound increases with age. Extracts from wakame kelp have been shown
to inhibit that enzymatic activity by 52% over the course of five days.
Many people have said that using wakame was how to make skin look
younger and keep it beautiful. Now science has proven them correct.

I have tried a few. The best for me by far is Arbonne's re9 system. It's not cheap but it sure does help. I also think my skin never looks better when I use it. I tried the Wexler system and it didn't work. I also tried to supplement a few anti aging things here or there and nothing holds a candle.

Never listen to anyone, any answer here. There is nothing------------NOTHING as "anti-aging " substances in this world where man is mortal! Please forget about all those cosmetics advertisements. Your age , i.e. 34 indicates that you age is increasing, admit it? At best you can take care of your skin so that they remain 'fresh' till 40 .................that's all. (exclude some exceptions what are in fact genetics)

Today there is a massive amount of anti-aging skin care products in the market for sale. Anti-aging products vary tremendously in price from cheap to very expensive. So, how do you select which are the best anti aging skin care products for your own use? First, you need to identify the reasons you need the products. Is there anthing about your skin that is making you look older? Typically, the leading problems are wrinkles and age spots followed by by dry skin and dark circles under the eyes. Many of these problems are a natural part of aging but poor lifestyle choices make them worse. Other factors including lack of exercise, sun exposure, stress, smoking, and sleep deprivation can all lead to skin problems. If you are affected by any of these factors you need to find some suitable anti aging skin care products to try. Check the list of key ingredients While there are new and sometimes excellent products being developed, there are some key ingredients that have been well researched and proven to be effective. Among these are antioxidants, sunscreen and a good moisturizer. Antioxidants work from within by preventing free radicals from attacking the skin’s collagen supply. A good quality sunscreen witrh an SPF of 15 or more is considered necessary to avoid sun damaged skin. Vitamins A and C play an important part in minimizing wrinkles and skin conditions as do certain plant extracts. Dry skin always makes skin look older than it is, so hydrating your skin with a good quality moisturizer is recommended. Get recommendations There is no need to reinvent the wheel, nor to sample every single product on the market when you notice increasing signs of aging. Your friends or doctor can often recommend a good anti-aging skin care product based on their experience. Find out from other people you know what worked for them and also what never worked. Be sure to explain your skin care issues you are trying to improve so that they give the proper product recommendation. You can then go off and research their recommendations on various websites. The internet is a great information resource and you should be able to easily find descriptions of products, reviews from product users as well as price comparisons. Use a product according to directions for at least a couple of months in order to judge its effectiveness. No anti-aging product will give you immediate results.

The best, simplest, and healthiest way, is to go at it from inside your body. This company sells vitamins specifically for anti-aging. I haven't tried their anti-aging vitamins because I am only 18, but every other product I have used from them works wonders. Here's the vitamins for anti-aging: pkenstad.gnld.net/ store/ category.aspx?STORE_ID= 1 &NAV_CATEGORY_ID= 3230 &CATEGORY_ID= 3257
