How to Make Skin Look
Younger
Let's face it. If you want to know how to make skin look younger, you
need to know what causes it to look older. Most skincare products do not
address the primary causes of an aged appearance, so obviously, they are
ineffective.
The primary causes of an aged appearance are free radical damage,
reduced production of skin cells and elastic fibers and low levels of
hyaluronic acid. Chronic inflammation also plays a role. There are
creams that can help wit that, but avoiding chronic inflammation usually
means changing the type of cosmetics and other skincare products that
you use.
If a cleanser burns or stings, it is causing inflammation. If you
regularly use exfoliants or face scrubs, you are damaging your skin's
health and this will negatively affect your appearance, as time goes by.
Ingredients that cause allergic reactions in some people are not safe
for others to use, either. The big cosmetic companies have gotten away
with including known toxins, allergens and irritants for years, by
blaming adverse reactions on skin sensitivity, leading people to believe
that it's their fault for having sensitive skin.
Since avoiding inflammation is a big part of how to make skin look
younger, you need to avoid ingredients that are common allergens, toxins
and irritants. They include petrolatum, mineral oil, paraffin, parabens,
added fragrance, all artificial preservatives and all petrochemicals.
The list of petrochemicals that are included in skincare products is too
long to include in this article. The best way to find products that do
not contain them is to look for all-natural ingredients.
No one knows why older skin has lower levels of hyaluronic acid, but
we do know that enzymatic activity that breaks down the important
compound increases with age. Extracts from wakame kelp have been shown
to inhibit that enzymatic activity by 52% over the course of five days.
Many people have said that using wakame was how to make skin look
younger and keep it beautiful. Now science has proven them correct.

Anti aging vitamins are OK for reducing wrinkles but they take time to show any signs of improvement. It also depends on how long ago you started taking the anti aging vitamins. If you began taking it recently, then you have to be patient and give it some time to work. Apart from anti aging vitamins, there are other types of anti aging products like anti aging creams, serums, lotions etc. You can consider using these if you feel the anti aging vitamins aren’t working. They are also very good options to consider. I for one use anti aging cream for my wrinkles and I haven’t had cause to use something else I prefer anti aging creams because you can apply them directly on the affected area and you don’t have to follow any prescription religiously like anti aging vitamins. You may tend to forget to take them and it will then affect the rate at which the anti aging vitamins will work. I always suggest dermology anti aging product to people and I am also suggesting you try it out. I use it and it works wonders on my wrinkles. It’s a 3 in 1 product of anti aging cream, anti aging serum and anti aging eye cream. They all work together to fight wrinkles. If wrinkles are already there, then taking vitamins to control or making it disappear often takes time. And it depends upon, since how long you started this and sometimes depends on body-types. The answer of your questions would definitely be yes but this takes time and the result may or may not satisfy you. There are two methods to slow down aging process. One is natural and another is treatment. Treatment would be more effective when you follow all the natural things. Natural process includes exercise, nutritious food including necessary vitamins, leaving bad habits like smoking, drinking, taking proper sleep, avoiding stress and avoiding direct sun-light. If you are feeling that taking vitamins is not giving you a proper result, then you can consult an anti-aging doctor or expert for the purpose. They would suggest you better than anyone after analysis of you body-type and status of aging. For more information, visit the site mentioned below. |
